The Lodge Farm Proposal
Ruby Borough Council is proposing through it’s Local Plan to build a new modern village that could span from Dunchurch to Onley and Willoughby, along the A45 in the Parish of Grandborough.
Lodge Farm Village will have vast implications for the residents of Grandborough, Willoughby, Dunchurch, Daventry, Onley and Barby, Braunston and the surrounding countryside. Read on to see why Lodge Farm Village is undeliverable, unsustainable and generally a bad idea.
As an action group our objectives are to oppose this proposal at every stage of the way, and with every means at our disposal: at the Local Plan consultation stage, at the Planning Inspector, via Judicial Review, and at the final Planning Application stage.
